Event Description:
The current pandemic has caused health systems to quickly change the way they operate and how they will operate in the “new normal”. Operational changes have impacted and will continue to impact: People, Process, Place and Technology. Hear from three health systems in the Mid-Atlantic region on how they have addressed operational changes. Health systems have had to implement operational changes since COVID-19 - what do these changes look like now and how will they fluctuate over time? What will the “new normal” look like as health systems transition back to a more normal operational structure? And let us not forget telemedicine. We will learn how these health systems have implemented telemedicine and telemedicine’s role in the future.
